1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order that is placed before items are in stock. Many of our items are custom made-to-order outfits. Pre-orders allow us to provide the LOWEST prices for you. Pre-orders take 2-8 weeks to arrive with the occasional possibility of delay. Some items are digitally designed, and therefore, the color, size, and placement may vary slightly. By placing a pre-order, you are aware of the possible delay and accept these terms. Since our pre-orders are custom made-to-order items, all sales on pre-orders are final. All pre-orders have an estimated arrival date, but this is not guaranteed. By placing a pre-order, you accept our pre-order policy and are aware of possible delays that may extend past 8 weeks.

2. How can I tell which items are pre-orders and which items are in stock and ready to be shipped? 
All pre-orders can be found in the Pre-Order collection. All item title will include the word "pre-order" if they are on pre-order.

3. Can I cancel my pre-order or ready to ship order?

No. Unfortunately, our current system does not allow us to add onto or modify orders after they are placed. If you need to order additional items, you will have to place a new order. If you changed your mind about an order for ready to ship items, you may exchange it or receive a store credit once you receive it. Since our pre-orders are custom made-to-order items, all sales on pre-orders are final and cannot be exchanged for store credit or another item. All pre-orders have an estimated arrival date, but this is not guaranteed. By placing a pre-order, you accept our pre-order policy and are aware of possible delays that may extend past 8 weeks.

4. Do you ship internationally?
