- An item is only eligible to return if the return package is received within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The day the package was delivered to the customer is counted as one day. Your returned package must arrive within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- If your return package arrives 15+ days after receiving your package per the tracking#, your item will no longer be eligible for return. You may choose to pay return shipping costs ($4.99) to ship the item back to you, or the item will be donated to a local shelter on your behalf.
- To qualify for a return, all items must not be worn, used, washed, or tampered with. Items must have tags still attached, and must be placed back into their original packaging.
- Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.
- Refunds are in the form of original payment or online credit. For example, if a credit card was used, you will be refunded via the credit card used. If the credit card used it no longer active, your credit will be in the form of a gift card/store credit. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, and original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Returns for purchases made within the Facebook VIP group that qualified for free shipping will have $4.99 deducted from the total refund amount. This $4.99 is the cost of shipping your order to you and is non-refundable.
- Damaged items MUST be reported within 48 calendar hours of receiving the goods. Any notice of damaged items after 48 calendar hours will not be eligible for return.
- Pre-order and Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 48 calendar hours.
- Customized apparel is nonreturnable.
- Bows are nonreturnable.
- Jewelry is nonreturnable.
- Swimwear is nonreturnable.
- Clearance items are final sale which means they are non-refundable. Clearance items end in 7.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of RECEIVING and inspecting your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
- If items are in less than perfect condition, the items will NOT be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer or charge a restocking fee at the customer's expense.
- We do not do exchanges, so if you’d like to order a different size, color or product, please place a new order online.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (subject line: RETURN ORDER#) PRIOR to shipping your return. Emailing us BEFORE you ship your return is extremely important to make sure your return is in compliance of our return policy. In the body of the email include your order# and reason for return. You will receive a response from us within 48 hours during operating business hours.
2. Mail your return back to us. We must receive your return within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order. Your return package must include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery, the items in their original packaging, and a note on why the merchandise is being returned. Failure to include the above items will result in a restocking fee.

Cotton Picked Cuties Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and possible for our reference.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
- YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US.
- If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Final sale items are nonreturnable. These items include monogrammed/initialed, swimwear, clearance, and holiday items.
