Shipping Rates. are determined by the order's total weight and are calculated at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING on all US orders over $150.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding holidays). All estimated delivery times are listed in Business Days and include Monday-Friday. For example, an order placed on Friday and shipped on Monday has taken 1 business day to process. Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive once it has shipped.
Pre-Order Items. Shipping usually take 2-8 weeks to arrive depending on that particular pre-order. All pre-orders will have an estimated ship date stated. Occasionally, pre-orders may be delayed due to postal delivery times and manufacturing times that are beyond our control. By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree to this shipping time and possibility for delay. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Ready To Ship Items. Orders containing ONLY Ready to Ship Items ship within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
**All items have listed if they are a pre-order item or ready to ship item. If your order consist of BOTH Ready to Ship items and Pre-Order items, your items will ship once the pre-order items have arrived to our warehouse. If your order contains multiple pre-order items, then your order will ship at the latest date on your order. We suggest that all pre-order products be ordered separately if you are needing your Ready to Ship items sooner.**
Insurance on Shipments/Packages
We offer "Standard Shipping" (no insurance) on all orders. If you want insurance on your shipment, you MUST add the product Shipping Insurance to your cart. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages, lost packages, opened packages, missing items from opened packages, etc. Each shipment has a tracking number. Once a tracking number has been verified as delivered via the tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier service to resolve any delivery issues.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. The Customer is responsible for and will be charged the undeliverable fee that the courier charges us. If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we will refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from your refund. If you do choose to have your order re-attempted for delivery to the same address or new address, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
*Please note some orders $150+ may require a signature upon delivery, regardless of the shipping method selected. Please contact your local post office for any issues or questions regarding this as we do not have information regarding this.
Each shipment has a tracking number. Once a tracking number has been verified as delivered via the tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier service to resolve any delivery issues. Cotton Picked Cuties Boutique will not reimburse or reship items claimed to be not delivered.
We currently offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail International to Canada. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery to Canada. Customers are responsible for duties/customs fees, please contact your local customs office for more details as we do not have that information.
